It is normal for the tracking page to remain in the same location for 7-10 days: If the tracking page remains in the same location for a long time (usually the first logistics sorting point for the package from China to the destination), it does not mean that the package is stranded. This stage is the international transport transit period, which generally lasts 1 to 1 week;
3. How to handle overdue updates: If there is no new activity on the tracking page for more than 16 days, you can contact customer service at any time and leave a message.
